Performed several upgrades from XP everything works as it should had zero issues. If you know what your doing and follow simple on screen spoon fed instructions you too should have no issues. Beware of apple fanboy reviews claiming it sucks unless they give very detailed reasons other than it sucks or nothing works etc. Cheers!

This is by far the worst edition of windows I have ever used. Every computer both PC or latop that I tried running this beast on died fairly quickly due to constant crashing and driver issues. I had Constant crashes, bugs, security issues and noticed it was vastly slower than XP due to how bloated this broken OS is. Terrible.

Vista is a great OS if you have a decent computer. The visuals are great, lots of quicker work arounds than XP to accomplish goals half as fast. Except for ME windows has always been a strong OS and VISTA is the best Windows has to offer. When you upgrade from XP you will see the awesome difference. A little larger than XP but runs way better than XP and is alot more user friendly.

This is by far the best version of Office yet. It looks amazing, works great, is easy to use as always and has everything you need for home, school, work etc all in one package at an affordable price. Very impressive.

This is what a desktop operating system should be. This was a part of of getting to the awesome OSX 10.10 we have now. Great clean desktop, great user interface, solid speed and security and flawless apps and programs.

I still use this product today at work (Windows 7 is rolling out shortly) and it’s a solid now as it was then. Everything works which is actually true for any Windows OS unlike Mac OSX which claims the same but means only apple software from apple will work. Anyhow it’s a major step up from Windows ME, rarly craches or has any issues what so ever, all my programs and games work as they always have.

Anyone as foolish as myself who bought Drive Idiot 1 will be glad to know that if you try to update it it will tell you you have to pay for Drive idiot 2 this is only 2 months after purchase of Drive idiot 1. Drive idiot 1 sucks and doesen’t do anything only mess up your MAC HD. Use disk utility it has all the same options as this garnage software.

I have this OS on an old laptop and it is truly madning. Crashes like there’s no tommorw. Security holes the size of the ozone. Windows 95⁄98 were good but this is when the wheels came off, this was like a pre Vista it was that bad, thus far I would say ME and Vista are still the worst version of windows I have ever used, yes even worse than Windows 8 in terms of bugs/crashes.

This product removes inportant system settings, files, and information and causes your syetem to crash….it also picks up spyware parasite that only it can see and I found out why….iolo’s SM is the parasite!!! That’s right folks..it see’s itself as a parasite invading your system that’s why only SM picks up that one parasite every time you run a scan. This software sucks and it nothing but a computer killer, I already lost a Compaq presario laptop to this useless software.

Not a total PC crippling OS but the new layout is a little messy in terms of usability. It’s like trying to use a phone to navigate a desktop operating system which is very annoying. 8.1 and 10 is way better.
