I’ve been into Computers PC’s/Mac’s since 1992. ( I work with other peoples PC’s) and also have about 7-9 myself.. Almost every year one or more of the Major Computer Magazines has reviews of the top 10 Antivirus Programs, which I started reading about 20 years ago, every time I’d read the reviews (Probably 15-18 Times), Norton would always be in the top 4 and usually it would place 1st or 2nd.

This is one of the Better (Do it All / Fix it Up) programs to have.. I used this program a lot about 3-4 yrs. ago and at the time it was my Favorite Program to use to keep my PC running in Tip-Top shape.. I’m sure it’s even better now!!!!!! Was REALLY HAPPY to see that Amazon had it for the PRICE OF $000….

After an absence of many years, Ive recently started posting videos to YouTube again. Ive just been doing clunky editing using Windows Movie Maker, but I want to start using some of the fancy features I see in so many other videos these days picture in picture, special effects, a fancy opening, etc. So its the perfect time for me to fire up the newest version of Pinnacle Studio Ultimate and try to learn how to use it.

I am surprised to see other users referring to problems with this software. I can speak only for myself (and, for the record, my operating system is Windows XP Home edition), but I made an exceedingly smooth transition from Norton AntiVirus 2002 and Norton Personal Firewall 2002 to Norton Internet Security 2003. All of my established settings came over without a hitch, I am having no problem at all scanning incoming and outgoing email messages, and the firewall would definitely appear to be doing its job.

Quite frankly, I gave up on McAfee security software even earlier than I dumped Symantec/Norton, but I was pleasantly surprised by McAfee Total Protection 2008. That being said, I have to issue a caveat here. I did not install this product on my primary computer, as I’m quite happy with the security software I’ve been using - but I figured I would give this software a try on one of my secondary computers.
