I really liked the Dragon Naturally speaking home version 11. I broke my wrist while roller blading, and when I had to send out emails, I used this software, and it was a blessing. When using it, I found myself talking slow, but as I got used to it, I was talking normal, and it picked up not only every word, but there was no misspelled words or wrong punctuation. I would highly recomend it.

I have to say that this software is great to save yourself a lot of legal fees. From what I gathered from using it, I would have to say that it doesn’t leave out anything in terms of how you want your things distributed. It answers many questions on a lot of different subjects, like elderly parents, children that reside in different countries, right down to how to direct your items to people other then direct family members.

My daughter needed to do a project for school on her familty tree, and she used this for the project. It was great!

I like the CorelDraw Graphics Suite. It comes with an excellent book that will walk you through each part of this software. I haven’t utilized Corel Paint yet, but I’m really having fun with the CorelDraw. There are so much you can do with this software, and the 2,000 fonts, and over 10,000 clip art is amazing. The video clips will also help you experiment with your projects. I am not a professional graphic designer, and am still learning a lot about it, but I have to say, this is much more fun then just video editing.

I didn’t like this Avira security software at all. It took over my computer, and changed my homepage even after I chose for it not to. It slowed down my computer, and locked up a few of my other programs. Especially my photo and video editing programs. This software is good for 3 computers, but I’m so glad I didn’t put it on any of my other computers. I run Windows XP, and it kept giving me error messages.

This software is great for many different things. Anywhere from buying a house without an agent to starting your own business. This software also provides forms and contracts that you can print out, which would save a lot in legal fees. I’m glad I got this software. There is also advice on buying a new car, and things to look out for. This is very valuable information.

After playing around with this software, I really wanted to create something with it. I’ve been wanting a new deck for a long time, and I was able to create exactly what I wanted in this software. I’m sure there is better software out there, but for me, this worked fine. I was also playing with the templates to remodel my kitchen and make an addition to my living room, and I can honestly say that if I had the money, I would get it done.

I got this for my 5 yr. old grandson, who is in kindergarten right now. He is just learning letters and their sounds. He is also learning to put the letters together and make small words. When I put this in the computer, I had to guide him through some of the things, but with others, he got it right away. There are so many levels and games, that he hasn’t even gotten through half of them yet, but he is really learning a lot.

I always liked Norton anti virus software, but this one seems to scan my computer, even though I have it set to only scan once a week. I wouldn’t mind it so much, but it freezes up my IE when it starts the scan, so I have it set for once a week, and at a time that I won’t be using the computer. Other then that, it works great.

I liked this software for editing pictures, but for editing videos, I prefer other software like Roxio or Corel. Media Expressions Platinum 3 is a good program for beginners, but if you have some experience with video editing, you may want to try something different. This has about as many features as Windows Movie Maker. The good points are that it doesn’t freeze up your computer, like a lot of other software does.
