I create video files mostly for business training and for my Amazon and YouTube reviews. I have been using Corel Video Studio 12 which is a simple program that does just what I need it to do. However, I am always on the outlook for something better and when I got the chance to try this one out I was very interested.

The Cyberlink Power Director Ultra 13 has features that my other software does not have, including the ability to create 4K files and discs. I was hoping that it would correct for color and convert my files to smaller files quicker than my Corel software does. Maybe it can, but I have not been able to get much done with it. Sometimes it will accomplish small tasks with minimal problems but most of the time it get hung up for hours.

I have a fast, relatively up-to-date computer that was designed to gaming so I am pretty sure that my hardware is not the problem. I have been using the Cyberlink for about a month and I will continue to work with it a post my updates here.
