I got this version of Nero 2014 because I have owned Nero since version 1. I had read a review that said that their were certain add-ins that installed and couldn’t be uninstalled. I read every popup that has been displayed and have had so such problems. As for the product. There are a number of new features one being video editing. I worked with it for over an hour and found it to be mediocre at best. This version is good but it basically does what the last versions have done. I like Nero and use it but the older version was just as good with few add ins. For the first time buyer I would say this is a really good program for making DVDs and BlueRay and the company has been around for awhile. As far as customer service goes I can’t say since I have never had to use it. I use Windows 8.1 and had no problems with the way it acts using this operating system.
