I finally gave up and decided to upgrade, hoping that the new version doesn’t have the same bugs as the 2011 version (I had no real hope for upgraded customer care).nAfter a very long morning on my computer and on the phone with the company, it turns out that my new Quicken Deluxe wouldn’t read my old password protected 2011 files. Of course the new version also uninstalled the 2011 version. Right now I’m having problems re-installing the 2011 files, which basically mean that THREE YEARS OF INFORMATION ARE LOST.nThe company’s solution seems to be that I would send my data files to the company. Seriously.nGood luck upgrading.
