their marketing of services is irritating, their support and tax help is frustrating and nearly worthless. but taxes are too complicated to do by hand. They seem to handle complicated issues somewhat more thoroughly than TaxCut. This review is more indicative of last year’s product as I haven’t dug all the way into the 2012 release. But I don’t expect them to improve their product. They got you!
