After probably 10+ years of using this product it still gets the job done. I e-filed my federal and state returns and actually got my state refund direct deposited to my bank account 3 days after it was accepted. I’m still waiting on the federal refund (its been less than 2 weeks). The only complaint I have is I had to use a forum db on the Turbo Tax site to get an answer to a state tax credit I couldn’t locate. No emails were answered by Turbo Tax. This is nothing new as this is the way its always been.
