I would just like to know why Quicken doesn’t resolve software issues with their product. Ever since I upgraded to 2014, last year, the product is buggy and slow. I have a relatively new computer so that isn’t the problem. I have gone back to entering data manually for my 401k. I bought 2015 to see if this version corrected the bugs from 2014…it didn’t. It was the same products as 2014. I tried download my information from one of my accounts and it was messed up! I had to restore my from a backup to get back my original data. Why can’t they even get my net worth correctly? I update the prices and they show the correct amount in the accounts balance on the left, but if I go to REPORTS, the balance doesn’t match the account balances on the left. It used to be a good product, but without competition they don’t care. Microsoft Money used to keep Quicken improving its product.
