ok so there are several extensive reviews here so I will cut to the chase…

file associations were not an issue for me, it was easy to change them in the program and they reverted to previous default program. This is common I have found for video, audio programs though most ask you to pick associations when loading and offer you a default list…as I said it switches back easily.

I loved the True theater option..it worked wonders for some of my phone videos.

I useless for other items like photo and music items. it was quirky for music with a horrible interface for both of these.

bottom line the all things for all people approach is a farce…but for DVD and video files it was excellent…in auto mode…but if you need to tweak more….Roxio might be a better choice…especially for conversions…
