I am a CPA and accountant. I wanted a product to keep track of my finances. My father in law recommended this product so I went for it. I am very disappointed with this program. First, the program crashes frequently. Second, expense reports are much inferior to what most credit cards let you create online. The expense report created by quicken classify about 50% of my transaction in categories, the rest is dumped into a residual category - while online expense reports that credit card companies provide classify about 100% of my transactions correctly. A report that covers 50% of my transactions does me little good.nOverall I find the software cumbersome, very intransparent, slow, and not helpful at all. I will be going back to my excel spread sheets that provided a lot more flexibility and a lot more transparency. I am amazed by some of the reviews I am seeing here on amazon.
