I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I have to say the 2011 version is really improved and so much easier to use. When compared to the other tax preparation software out there, there really isn’t any comparison. While Turbo Tax might cost more you get a far superior product. When it comes to tax preparation software you get what you pay for. I have never had a tax problem since I been using Turbo Tax. I have been using it for over 6 years now. I like the basically idiot proof nature of the product. It asks you simple yes or no questions and guides you step by step through everything so you don’t miss a thing. It even pointed out things I could deduct that I wasn’t aware of. If I can say anything negative about this product is the support is a bit lacking. It takes several days to get a reply to any support issues. The software also arrived 3 days before expected delivery date.
