Having used word for many years, I was excited to install a newer version. I REALLY liked the features of the program, but my main issue is that it’s not exactly user friendly. Just simply installing it was not straightforward, which was a real pain, and then opening the programs was a pain too. I am NOT computer illiterate, but somehow their menus were not very clear cut. Very odd for new software, it’s not the 90’s after all!nnOther than that, I was very happy with my purchase.
