This covers nearly everything you need in a home business or business in general, but it doesn’t go in-depth on most anything. But for the money, it’s a reasonably good deal. You might be able to find most of these forms free on the internet, but it’s really nice to have it all in one package so you don’t have to spend a lot of time researching a particular topic. And if you do find a free form on the internet, would you trust it? If you do have something that is vitally important, then maybe this is a good starting point before you enlist the services of an attorney. This would have been very useful a month ago when I sold my car.
