Past experience with TurboTax was wonderful,nthis time, not so. The program would not letnme download updates, or my state returns.nOr would it let me print my returns. Afternspending an entire day, I finally got myntaxes done. I would have been better offndoing them by hand. An online search toldnme that many others also experienced the same.
