I’ve been using this for a couple months now, and have found that I have actually eliminated many other programs that I used to use, as this suite is so chock full of content, everything else seems obsolete.

There is a lot going on here, as this version of CorelDRAW is the cream of the crop. It works very well with the Windows 7 interface, and is fully customizable. Install only what you need, but if you’re like me, I dabble in most everything it offers for subject matter.

I have designed web sites for years, and through these years, there have been many fill-in-the-blank type web site creators. The web site creation feature alone is worth the money, and perfect if you are not no familiar with programming. In my case, I liked creating with this feature, but the ability to edit anything I want. However, it comes with so many templates and images, you are good to go for your first ever web site, if that is the case. Soon you will add more to your sites with the Swish program, adding flash animations and text.

Photographers will not only adapt well to the image creation and editing features, but will appreciate the organization of a huge collection of work that would otherwise be hard to navigate. If you have a mess of photos, and not a pro, even better. It helps you get to a higher level as you save much higher quality work.

Video Studio is perfect for the aspiring YouTube star that wants to take their audience to the next level. But with the resources and features provided, you could become an avid filmmaker. And if you are already a pro making movies, this program simply makes a lot of aspects much easier. The video effects and the ease of adding music and textual elements are top notch. And everything is easily uploaded directly from the program, or you can create a stunning DVD presentation.

There are plenty of tools and features that you may think you will not use, but once installed, you will be noticing that these elements are merely incorporated in your work. The portability of files and sharing is much easier with the industry standard in WinZip Pro which will become your default choice in file compression. But you will appreciate the organization ability of all these programs on your system with customized toolbars, thumbnail and preview features, and there is no reason to be overwhelmed with the fear of having to learn it all. If you are like me, you learn by doing. But the fact that there is over two hours of training videos on DVD as well as a plethora of helpful resources on their web sites, this has got to be the user-friendliest suite for the artist in anyone. I highly recommend this for children as well. If there is a glimmer of an artist in their eye, this is worth the investment.
