I generally like TaxCut and have used it before, but … The TaxCut Federal + State has an error. When I try to download the one state return which is included in the $34.99 price … I’m prompted to provide my credit card information and pay another $29.99. I contacted customer service and was told that they didn’t have an answer and would get back to me in two business days … which they haven’t done. So now I have a program that doesn’t work, unless I pay twice. Anyone have a similar problem?
