I’ve been using Quicken since 1995 and have been upgrading every 3 years in order to maintain the ability to download credit card transactions. The last installed version was 2011 so it was time to upgrade again this year. The upgrade went smoothly with no major issues and for the first time that I can remember, Intuit pretty much left the graphical user interface in the program alone. I did have to close the program, de-activate and re-activate the credit card accounts to get them all to work , but that was no big deal. Would give it 5 stars if I wasn’t compelled by Intuit to upgrade.
