I am rating this 4 stars because of the support and installation issues I had. Like any Intuit software there is almost no support and it is a real pain getting it installed and working right for the first time. But it is the best software of this type out there for the money. It took me three hours of trial and error to get it to work right after I installed it. I contacted their support and all I got was someone in India who gave me nothing but responses his computer screen told him and didn’t really understand my problem. The problem I had was restoring my stored data to the new software. I use Quicken online as cloud back up so I don’t have to reenter everything every time I update. Once I got things restored it worked fine. The inital installation was easy until it came time transfer my stored data to the new software. I highly recommend that you use Quicken online backup to backup your data with this software. It works best with this software and saves you a lot of grief if you ever have to restore any data. I have been using Quicken for years and I really like it outside of the suppport and installation issues.
