When used watching lower quality videos, Cyberlink PowerDVD 15’s video enhancements do work well in correcting color and smoothing out the image. If you’re watching a regular high quality movie, you don’t really need this. It may, in fact, hinder your viewing experience. The YouTube video search feature would be more impressive if it allowed viewing of YouTube videos that specify that they must be played on YouTube. YouTube videos that don’t allow embedding won’t play through PowerDVD 15. It does, however, improve the quality on what it will play. Overall, it is a nice program and does what it advertises.
