I am a home user. I don’t use the software for professional purposes. I like to do digital scrap books and photo gifts, so having software like this is very nice. I’m able to correct and emphasize parts of photos, then use them.
I have the program installed on my new laptop, which is running Windows 10. I had no real issues installing, just a few pop up messages from the computer system, not the installation itself. I easily worked through those and have been adding photos to my computer.
On the basic editing, I loved the slide bars that you can use to change specific tones and colors, then it also has some great one-click type photo corrections.
A few of the features I’ve explored and found really helpful are:n1. Batch Mode - I was able to resize a whole set of photos to fit a specific set of frames - GREATn2. Text Wrapping - as a digital scrapbooker, this was a GREAT feature for some of the photos that lend themselves to having writing on them (building wall, sidewalk, open sky….)n3. Magic Move - I’ve only used this a few times to correct or remove things from a picture, but have been amazed at how seamless the picture looks with the thing removed!n4. Object Extractor - again, with digital scrapbooking, it is fun to be able to take elements out of a photo and use them on a scrapbook page, and this feature helps to take specific things out of the picture and make them like a scrapbooking element (take a tulip from a vase of flowers, a specific animal from a picture taken at the zoo, etc)nnI’m looking forward to using the photo mapping feature along with the ability to share a family trip. I think it will be a fun feature!
