If you download transactions (checks, credit card transactions) as most businesses do – DO NOT BUY QB 2009. It is simply not functional. I’ve used QB, Quicken and Turbo Tax for 14 years. I have no idea what Greg Wright the Director of Product Management for QuickBooks was thinking, but he should be fired… at once. They’ve had this product out for months and it is still not useable. In Dec, Greg said he was passionate about fixing it. I could care less about passion – users need results. You can read forum reviews for the specifics… but trust me, the online banking function is unusable – and I’ve used it since it became available.
