I have an old windows xp laptop that takes FOREVER to start up, and runs slow as molasses. After running Norton on it, the speed was 10x faster, it found 289 registry errors and fixed them and removed 79 privacy issues.

I was a bit scared about installing Norton on an already slow machine, but WOW is all I have to say. Worth it, totally worth it!
