I owned Q2008, Q2005 & Q2002 and I used them daily. during that decade, I observed no significant product improvements, just a huge increase in software bugs.
Look up the Q2010 and/or Q2008 products, where I posted detailed logs/diaries of the endless bugs, errors and frustrations I endured as a Quicken user.
In August, 2010, I finally migrated to the Moneydance product and–after the migration and learning curve issues–I find it swims slick as an eel.

The Quicken product has steadily deteriorated into an almost useless product over the last decade. Use Moneydance instead, works extremely well and will download your bank and investment transactions just as Quicken does.

Here’s a permalink to just one of my earlier, quite detailed Amazon reviews of the Quicken product: tinyurl.com/AmazonQuickenReviewnnI owned Q2008, Q2005 & Q2002 and I used them daily. During that decade, I observed no significant product improvements, just the aforementioned continual increase in software bugs, eternal peddling of affiliated products, etc.

I received Quick books Pro 2011 for review from the Amazon Vine program. Here’s my take on it:nnI run a jewelry design business and had been using an old version of Quicken to track inventory for tax purposes. I’d heard good things about Quick books and decided to investigate it for my home business application.
Installation was super easy. The more difficult part was learning how to make the options work for me.

I LOVE WordPerfect, have been using it since before Windows so I have had 5.1, 6, 9 and 12. Just recently, I purchased the standard edition of WordPerfect Office X4, one for my XP workhorse and one for my husband’s Windows 7 model.
Since this item has been reviewed for nearly two years, I won’t duplicate the other comments, especially those that go into depth with what the suite can do.

A security software to protect all your devicescomputers, tablets, smartphones. Great concept, however, not without a few snags.
I recently purchased my first smartphone and thought the Norton Security software would be ideal for adding an extra level of protection. Alas, adding Norton for just my smartphone wasn’t as easy as I would have liked. Firstly, this is not a cd where you can select only the devices you wish to protect.
