The user interface of this product isn’t bad, fairly intuitive and user friendly, but I was surprised to discover that features that I thought should be standard (at least standard for something for this price and with ‘premium’ in the name) had to have another pricey subscription to be activated. Doesn’t make sense. There are cheaper products out there with more functionality.

I have this installed on my work computer. While it seems to function without issues, it is intrusive, with too many pop-ups and too many requests to restart the computer. Kind of annoying.

Compared to a few other vid editing products I’ve tried, this one was the best. The 63-bit makes it much faster and smoother than most others and the UI is much better, especially for dual-screen. Having the extra rel-estate helps a lot, as does the ColorDirector, AudioDirector and PhotoDirector integration. Really seamless perfect product.

I had trouble with the installation, but somehow got through it on my own. But when I went to actually use it and came across some questions, the customer support was horrible. They seemed to think that just because it installed (unlike for some other people here, it sounds like) I should be grateful and not bother them. The product itself was buggy, crashed, and generally inferior tom anything else I’ve tried.

The software is easy to use and navigate. I have 7 rental properties, capital gains, dividends, a small business—and it walks me though everything. I am very happy with the program. I use it on a MAC–it was very easy to install. (i am still running snow leopard and not sure if that makes a difference).
It comes with free audit support if you ever get audited. i’ve been audited two times—both times I won!

I love the updates in iphot0 that do geotagging either by automatic download if your camera is capable or by manuel insertion if not. You can always definately remember where a picture was taken.
The faces feature is also cool too. It does take some time for the computer to learn but it does a very good job. I love being able to look up someone’s name and instantly see the pictures that i have of that person on the computer.

I love the features this offers. I can sync my itouch with my mac without even docking it. my calendar, addressbook and email are all automatically updated. it also updates pictures. it does this all through push technology. with itouch you have to be in a wifi spot to sync without docking. with iphone you just have to be where you get service. also, all information is on web so you can look it up from any computer if you forget your itouch.

I got the online version last year and this year, the quickbook for mac. I have never used the PC version. I thought the online version had many more features, was more user friendly and just easier to navigate. It seemed, for instance, that it was easier to preview statements and invoices online before sending them. With this version, it is extremely challenging to do this very basic task—which frustrates me and makes me want to just scrape the whole thing.

East to install. They will release more updates after the beginning of the year. But so far, it has been easy to do my taxes and I am just waiting for the final updates. I have rental properties, sale of stocks, carryover losses, sale of a rental property—and this product handles it all. I am not sure what the advantage is to purchasing the platinum version. I have bought it in the past but never have felt that it offered me anything that this version didn’t—so I happily save the money.
