I purchased this software a year ago. Find it very easy to use. I probably ask more of it than the average person would,and it delivers. I used it on 20 old B&W family photos taken back in the 30’s and 40’s. Was able to scan, repair, and print some wonderful enlargements. On one of the snap shots of my older brother and sister taken in 1943. After enlarging you could clearly read the date on the license plate on the car behind them.

I have always used Norton but the 2012 edition messed up my system from the start. Then Internet Explorer started running very slowly and links would not work. After nearly 2 weeks of email tech support and 7 hours on the phone with Norton, their final solution was that since the problem was with Internet Explorer, I had to contact Microsoft. I called Microsoft and they downloaded a program called SuperSpyWare Professional trial version and it immediately found that the computer was infected by 2 trojans.

Having used versions 4 through 7.5, I know that the features of the program could be useful. However, since version 8 the program has been a nightmare and I have had to reinstall Windows XP more than once due to this program. In addition, I have one hard drive unusable at all after using the Roxio zap tool as instructed by their ‘techs.’ Truthfully tech support is all but non existent and useless to say the least.

Paint Shop Pro used to be an easier to use Photoshop type program that was comprehensive and yet understandable. Slowly, with every release since Corel took the program from Jasc, the program has gone downhill. They remove necessary features and add unecessary features. NO manuals, no support, just a useless program. DO NOT BUY OR INSTALL THIS PROGRAM AS IT IS ENTIRELY USELESS!nUPDATE TO ABOVE REVIEW: I have persevered with the program and it only gets worse.

I bought a new computer so that I could get Windows 7. I thought that my old computer was too old to spend the money to update the Windows program. Previously, when I bought a new computer, they came with Encarta Encyclopedia in it. The new computer didn’t come with any encyclopedia. Therefore, I decided to buy a good brand encyclopedia. It installed easily and I am very satisfied with my Britannica Encyclopedia.

Would not install: activation code not accepted. Returned it.

Removed malware that other anti-malware software could not. Has since warned me of websites which might pose a danger.

I have used TurboTax for many years and like it better than other tax software that I have used. I got this TurboTax program from Amazon at a good price. I still like TurboTax very much. I plan to continue to use TurboTax in the future.

Good product with well-thought-out side features. Handy to have for quick-checking addresses for mailings, and the labels feature is VERY handy, especially around Christmas time.

I have used TurboTax for years. I like it better than other tax software that I have used. I bought this TurboTax software from Amazon because I got it for a good price. TurboTax makes doing taxes rather easy. I used to do my taxes by hand many years ago. When I started using TurboTax, I found it much easier than doing it by hand. This was especailly true if I made a mistake in math and had to do one or more forms over again.
