I bought this gadget to be able to detect and avoid wifi, as wifi gives me headaches, nausea and heart disturbances. I carry this in my purse and it is an easy way to figure out what the strength of the wifi signals are. […]nIf this item is not available there are others like it on Amazon, do a search on WiFi detectors, or a RF field meter can be obtained, such as an Electrosmog Meter.

like the product….wish it was a little more editable but it is effective and it works well with other programs unlike some of the other major players and works well on a Vista 64 based system.

If you were a BIBBLE fan then this is where your codex ended up…I was a Bibble user for 10 years before then sold out to Corel and I have to say if you are looking for a photo editor and processor and are not on the Adobe bandwagon then this is the place to be. It is half the cost with similar results…its native raw is amazing and the only down fall seems to some 32bit hold over issues.

I have been using Kaspersky products for about 3 years now and was due for a new program as my licence on the 2011 program was expired, so i thought I would try this version which is more of an internet focused rather than an all inclusive. For me this I hoped would be a compromise between the pop up type software and those that seem to do nothing until your already infected.

I will start by saying if you have very little assets, and are simply looking for basic protection and some simple powers of attorney and such, a basic unencumbered Will (your assets are paid for) then this software might be ok.
For the rest of the population that has children that will fight for there share and assets that will require disposition before dispensation…well you need a lawyer. I thought this would allow me to do some basic will and healthcare forms and that the online trust software would fill in the other concerns.

I have used taxcut the last 2 years and used turbo before that for 2 years. So now I am back to turbo tax. I have several rental properties and a small renovation company and I have found that tax cut just dosen’t address the depreciations as clearly. I also like the easy of finding your way through to specific areas of your return with Turbo compared to Taxcut. Bottom line if you don’t want to SEE the end result as you go and are just concerned with the bottom line # they they are even.

ok so there are several extensive reviews here so I will cut to the chase…
file associations were not an issue for me, it was easy to change them in the program and they reverted to previous default program. This is common I have found for video, audio programs though most ask you to pick associations when loading and offer you a default list…as I said it switches back easily.

I am amazed at what is being bundled into a $80 product these days. I’ve used various video products over the years, including Pinnacle and a variety of free ones, and based on that experience, really like the interface and ease of use of VideoStudio Pro X8.
The power of VideoStudio Pro X8 is that you can relatively quickly come up to speed (there is a learning curve, just to understand the icons and terminology) and do basic video manipulation of a camera or phone video.

I’ve used many different security suite packages from free to pay. For many, as long as you aren’t reckless and have a decent tech IQ, the low cost items such as security essentials (free) and malwarebytes (one time cost $20 for continuous monitor) is enough. But when it is necessary to put something on a computer to prevent mishaps by kids and/or adults that don’t have common sense… then it is time to put a healthy, strong and stable product in place.
