Good package, though surprised to find it came with a DVD installation disk, thus needing a DVD drive to install the program. Good tutorials included and comes with lots of pre-assembled templates. However, options to build-your-own-from-scratch or to modify/tweak provided card templates seemed limited.

I’ve used this product for many years. It’s not the cheapest tax preparation software around, but I’ve found it about the best, and far cheaper than having it done professionally.

I’ve used TurboTax for many years and have always been impressed with it’s completeness (and my tax return is not a simple one).

Publisher 2002 is a pretty good product. I haven’t had any of the prolems that some other people have had. It runs great on my machine never crashed once. It has some really good templates from menus to flyers to paper airplanes. and it is pretty simple to use once to get a little used to it. But stay away from the bundle with the photo editior included because the photo editior has almost no functionality

The famous roxio or Adaptec and some people might know develops vet another crashing software program. Similar to previous verions of easy cd creator this software is NOT STABLE even if you install all the patches. The older version came with my burner and i thought maybe this would be the best but i was wrong. I have found that it is much slower than all other burning software that i tried, and takes way to much resources to run.

Powerquest and again created a great partition program. It is extremely easy to use whether you know anything about hard drives or not it doesn’t matter. Everything is wizard based and askes you if you will install another operating system just using it for data which operating system you are using, everything you could thing when you want to partition your hard drive. This is the only program that i have used to partition my hard drive and wasn’t worried about my data.

After tring different partitioning software i purchased this program and absolutly LOVE IT! The interface is great and it gives you a good amount of detail of your hard drive(S) that windows does not. But the greatest thing about this program is the wizards. There is a wizard for everything that you would want to do in creating, resizing, moving, formating. The wizards take you through step by step in easy to understand terms for anyone type of computer novice or expert.

Norton has been a very popular virus program for many computer, but the actual virus protection of these programs have big problems. I had norton antivirus installed on my 98 box and had a virus for many months even though i kept norton up-to-date and ran it frequently. (thank god for free on-line scans) (…) This is no different i tried to trial and that was the same.nIf you want a real virus protection program get pc-cillin (or even Panda but that is more expensive).

A great antivirus tool! I used Zone for many years, it would bog my computer to a slow pace when it would scan whatever I was doing. Not so with Kaspersky, it zips along scanning in the background yet allowing me to continue a a fast pace. It has all the bells and whistles as advertised. It went in very smoothly and had no problems installing it, understanding what it told me, and gives me a lot of control over my computers every move.

I have used previous versions of Kaspersky with great success. This version is toatlly different from past versions. It is complicated to find and figure out ANY settings. They went to a new format for setting things up, everything is now in a hidden file, different page, obscure setting with abstract abbreviations, technical descriptions and many unknown features and what they do or how to set them.nI had it installed for about 4 months, downloaded a malware, the malware destroyed all the settings in Kaspersky, It infected my computer, I had to use Malwarebytes to rid it of these maladies.
