After a long search I was finally able to locate this modem that is not only a fax and data modem but also a voice modem. Voice modem is essential for answering machine type software on my computer. The product is working as expected.

This program does a good job of cleaning and protecting your pc. I say good, not great. It did not catch everything, because when I replaced this software with another version, it found some things that had obviously been on my computer while running this anti-virus software. I will say that it is easy to use and doesn’t bog your computer down, which is a big plus for me.

PC Tools Spyware Doctor 2009 does exactly as it promises. Installing the product was easy and within I first few minutes I was able to go from the installation screen to using the product. While I feel like the product is protecting my computer I have to say I was very dismayed to realized HOW SLOW MY COMPUTER is while the product is running. Upon further inspection I realized that at time 50% of my CPU was being used by this program alone (which could lead to crashing if larger programs are running at the same time such as internet explorer or word).

Acronis True Image simply does not work. Mine freezes up with every backup. At lockup it uses 100 percent of the CPU capacity and requires a reboot. Many people have experienced similar problems. There have not been any updates to this program for many months. Some people in the forums claim that Acronis has abandoned this program and that there will be no updates. Do Not Buy this Program. Get one that really works.

I know very, very little about internet troublemakers and the games they play. The thing I liked about this product was that it has a chart on the back and it tells you how it compares with other internet security products. It had more check marks for more things then the other products I use. I know this seems simple, but that’s why I liked it—someone got the fact that I needed a chart comparison of products and check marks—that’s the only way I know to decide.

Still one of the best security suites out there, and this is a great deal for 10 devices. We have 4 computers, 2 tablets, and 2 smartphones. This is an economical way to keep them all protected. When you read the reviews online, Norton still ends up consistently near the top. Just remember, when a red warning pops up, don’t ignore it!

Still the 800lb Gorilla but not the features are required. The software is expensive What I do not like is Intuit is going the way of many software companies. They bring out a new version every year and end the support the support of the product two versions back. Even though 2009 may work good for you, you will not to get support from Intuit. If you are new to Quickbooks, Intuit makes it easy to get started with easy to follow guides.

So way back when Parallels and Fusion first took off, I decided to jump to one bandwagon and stick with them through the long-haul. I decided Fusion, because I liked the idea of being able to use both Mac OS and Win OS at the same time. Parallels allowed for dual-boot, but not at the same time (from what I understood from the marketing). Flash-forward to today: Fusion has had ups and downs, and although I’ll stick with it, if you want performance, you want Parallels.
