I wouldn’t normally suggest this but do not upgrade! Vista takes the only good thing about Microsoft products - which is the advantage of an interface that you already know - and breaks it. Vista really is different than any of the previous versions of windows but in the worst of ways. Here’s a typical example. Want to do something simple like search for a file? Too bad! They have a much faster version of search with just one problem - no place to enter the search criteria.

There was a time when Turbo Tax included everything you needed. Now they break it up to charge you as many fees as they can while also trying to sideline you into deals with third parties to make extra money off the side. I like to just pay for a product and be done, not be nickel and dimed afterwards.

First, I don’t understand the many different choices for basically the same Norton (antivirus) products. I already have Norton installed and purchased this in advance so I chose this key card for renewal. Also, you can try (15 or 30 day trial versions) direct from Norton and, if you are happy, you can then get a key card to extend your subscription for an additional 366 days. I say choose the lowest cost to meet your needs.
