I own a prior NAS from QNAP (a TS409 purchased about 2 years ago). I have had little to no problems with the NAS device, and when I did have 1 problem updating the firmware, QNAP tech support was top notch. They remoted into my NAS and fixed the issue.
When I decided to purchase another NAS device (extra speed, more storage), I could not find a better product than this QNAP.

Know your prices. Getting this on Amazon was less expensive than renewing my subscription with Symantec. And having one price for 5 devices is frosting on the cake! This is just a product key card, you can download the software online.

I have the running on my early 2009 Mac Mini. Honestly, my mac is lacking in power to make Parallel run with any snap. It does everything I want and expect, and it doesn’t crash. But if you use an older mac mini, patience will be your friend.

I use this software every day to keep up with my personal finances. Getting the newest version every year gives me the confidence that I have the newest tools available for my needs. The 2015 software isn’t a great leap forward from 2014. It’s more of an evolution. I don;t see any OMG new features. But it’s still a solid product.

Yes, everybody else is right. This sucks. It doesn’t even have the bill pay calendar. At best, it’s just a bunch of account registers all in one program. It was a waste of my money.

This is still the best one out there, but this new version (been getting yearly updates since 1998) adds very little. Finally updated a couple streets in our area, so that alone was worth it.

This product keeps getting better. We still get our copy of Ernst & Young tax book as a reference, but TurboTax is getting better all the time. We did ours by hand for many years, before converting to doing both by hand and electronically. Last year was the first year we only did it electronically (even just a few years ago, most of the tax software was not adequate). This year, we are using TurboTax again, after reviewing the competition.
