My wife is an aspiring artist, she loves painting and working with various media. She has been working through a number of books, and was ready to move onto some original works. We take photos everywhere we go so have a great deal of photos to inspire her. That’s where this software comes in. We have been using it to manipulate photos, primarily with the art media and artistic effects. It has been very helpful in aiding her to translate photos to her own artwork.

Filing and State forms are too expensive I am looking for an alternative.

It covers screen barely on sides. Falls bit short on top n bottom too. It may look like large size guy wearing medium size pants. Display is amazingly sharp, stunning and beautiful. It catches No fingerprints. It doesn’t create a glare either. Works perfectly in outdoor too. Giving 5 stars only due to size issue. I wish it would be bit larger on all edges. I haven’t dropped my phone since applying this screen protector so can’t speak for that part.

I’ll start off by saying I’m not an Office power user. I use Office at work on PC’s and wanted to use the same product at home on the Mac. I primarily use Word and Excel. There is a learning curve when switching between the two products, I suspect that is mostly my inexperience with the Mac. I am able to do everything with this version that I can with the Office suite I use at work, and it’s mostly pretty intuitive.

Office 365 is a good product that delivers near desktop capability to a web based version of office. You get to spread your cost of ownership over many months instead of a large upfront cost. For those people that lightly edit a word document every now and then and do minor writing, then Office 2010 or even 2007, might be plenty for you. I am sure you can find a copy on ebay or amazon … for those that need much more robust capability and spend many hours a week on Office Software, then this type of model is great.

Intuit knew there was something wrong with 2009 that is why they virutal gave it away. Now if you are 2007 or older user you have no choice but upgrade to 2010. I cannot speak on the windows 7 issue people are having with 2010 I am still running Vista and it does work on it. I do not use much beyond the general accounting, so for my use it works without isues.

As a long time Photoshop User I had some struggles early with the features that are available to you and where to locate them. The program was driving me crazy. Now after two months of using it, I believe Corel has done a good job with this program. Yes it does not compare to Photoshop but that is like comparing apples to oranges. Paintshop Pro really competes with photoshop elements and as a user of that product also, I will admit Paintshop Pro is better.

Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X8 installed on my desktop easily without any issues. It has more options for themes, sound, video add ins compared to other video editing software I have used in the past. Im not going into great detail as to what this package will do. The product description covers this very well. What I will tell you is this package works extremely well for me and I’ve managed to put together some pretty good looking videos.

This product did not work well with any of my computers (one runs XP and one VISTA) As always, you take your chances with software, so if it feels right for you take the risk. However, I would not recommend.
