Corel’s Ulead VideoStudio 11.5 Plus offers an abundance of features. Learning to use them is a real trial.
I moved from Adobe’s Captivate, a program I truly enjoyed using, to VideoStudio 11.5 Plus, because of Adobe’s insistence on flash video. I’m finding that it may be easier and quicker to find a good converter program and convert my videos to flash rather than continue to struggle with VideoStudio.
While feature-rich and compatible with many video formats, the documentation for VideoStudio is poor.

I found lots to like about Corel’s WordPerfect Office X4. And, speaking as an unhappy employee forced to use WordPerfect back in the Dark Ages, I can attest to the improvements that Corel has made in this suite of Office applications. Here are a few of the pros and cons of this program as I’ve experienced them:nnPROS:nnWordPerfect X4 is easy to use, and it is easier to manage my blog with text from WordPerfect than with text written in Word 2007.

Ive been a fan of Corel products for a number of years because (1) they are less expensive and (2) they give me more functionality and are just as effective as Photoshop and Office. Now I have the ultimate graphics package.
Ive spent a good bit of time investigating my new graphics package by watching the video tutorials and using the photo editing software. I love it! Ive found that a number of functions I often use have been simplified.

Im enjoying going through the training sessions included with Pinnacle 18. Clear, concise, and fairly brief, they cover the essentials and then some. Following them, I have discovered that I want more control than that offered by Smart Movie, but what is offered beyond that entry level is more advanced but not so complex that I cannot master it with ease.
I would like to have more options for formats in output.
