Mastering this piece of software appears to require 1,000s of hours. There’s just no way I was going to do more than scratch the surface in 30 days. The interface feels a bit cluttery because there are dozens and dozens of brushes to choose from and each has another half dozen variables that can be applied. I spent most of my time with Painter 2016 experimenting with features like autopaint. I took a variety of photos and turned them into simulated paintings with a varying level of success.

If you need to watch Blu-Ray movies or want to watch all your SD/HD movies in 3D then CyberLink PowerDVD might be the product for you. It also has nice slideshow features and a well organized interface. It can play music. I think it tries to be too many things at once. Perhaps that is because I have a routine already established. I use VLC (free) for watching visual media, I use Google’s Picasa (free) to organize and view photos and I use Apple’s iTunes for my music (free).

I must be honest - I’m still working my way through level 1. However, the product is the next best thing to having native language speaker tutoring me and is in some ways better. I can use it whenever I feel like picking up a few new phrases and it never gets impatient with me. Rosetta Stone products are primarily geared towards visual learners, using lots of flash card like memory games.

This is easy to load and easy to use. Works pretty well so far. It also alerts you if it is shut off. I am pleased with the results as you cannot be too safe while browsing the internet.

Quick and easy set up. Lots of predownload tutorials. Easy to learn tool controls. Quick response. No hangups. Picture quality is excellent. Monitor calibration check is nice to have. A lot of information on the screen at one time. I really enjoyed this more than the Photoshop as it’s easier to work with.

Installation instructions were a little lacking, once started the installation went well. Could use a link to the manual on the setup disk. Loaded both the 32 Bit and 64 Bit. Work screens, Mange, Adjust,Edit are well laid out and easy to read. Importing photos took a while to figure out, but once done, it was easy to find photos on the computer and attachments. They load pretty quickly and were easily maneuvered between sections.

first off, this is not the easiest software to navigate. i am getting used to it though. the one thing that i am extremely unhappy about is that they require you to put your credit card information online to get your 3 month free trial. you can cancel before the trial is over, but then what if you forget - well, then you get a whopping $50 charge! i would really like to look into my family tree but i wanted to try with no obligation first.

Havent used WINZIP in a while, so I thought Id try the newest version WinZip 18 and checkout the Pro extras. Was easy to load on my computer. Worked well compressing document files, also was easy to convert files to PDF . Extremely useful doing all this with one software. Unzipping compressed files was quick and complete. Take a lot of photos and the resize function was easy to comprehend and utilize in uploading to social media.

I put a lot of videos on YouTube and I thought this might work better than Windows Live Media Maker that is on my computer. I hooked up my phone and my camera and it won’t take videos off of either one. This is the same problem I have with Windows Live Media Maker … I have to move a video to a file and then open it in the program.

I am impressed with this the Trend Micro Internet Security, it seems vigilant in keeping bad things off of my computer It has even blocked me from going to sites that I have misspelled. I can always click to go their anyway, but it blocks the initial contact with that site. I am bad about misspelling certain sites on occasion and I have come to rely on this program so that I am not redirected to a malicious site.
