I’ve used Peter Norton programs since the days of CPM and found them to be simple, easy to use and well engineered. However, this Ghost 12.0 program leaves a lot to be desired before it becomes User friendly. I assume some outside software engineering company in China designed this program for them. 1.) The program is very slow to load.n2.) Instructions are very hard to follow and you don’t get a manual.

I bought a $600 HP desktop and I was forced to purchase it with a 8.0 operating system. After 5 hard disc crashes, I had the motherboard & drive replaced under warranty and I donated it to charity. Because of the HP design type, I couldn’t downgrade to 7.0 or upgrade to 8.1. DO NOT EXPECT 8.0 or 8.1 to be Senior friendly when upgrading from XP. Also, I had to purchase $300 in new software.

The program works and is easy to use. However, it certainly is over-price and contains additional perks that I would never use… These perks are how they justify charging more & more every year

I bought this program to replace TurboTax that I have used for many years. Other than being much cheaper, I could find no fault with this also easy to use tax program. I’ll never go back to TurboTax during my lifetime – it offers no advantage to the average user..

I bought McAfee and used the program for several years – I actually have over a couple hundred days left on my subscription. Then I just lost confidence in their program. I also tried Kaspersky and didn’t like the program. So now I have switched back to using Norton.

I don’t know if this program is better than the Norton one it replaced. I just felt that it was time for a change as Norton’s product cost continues to rise. Time will tell.

I have used early versions of this product. I must confess it was some time ago. Notwithstanding, I found this product a joy to use, with most of the operations familiar and for new users, intuitive. This photo-editing software is very comprehensive. It comes with a book that explains each feature. This is a great tool to add for a number of reasons listed below.
