I have been using Norton Internet Security (NIS) for years and have never had a problem. A few years ago, they were criticized for taking too many resources, but this problem was fixed at least two years ago. Since this is a subscription software and really does not need to be reinstalled every year, I just buy the online download version and record the new product key assigned to my purchase.

…I need to buy a few more copies of this before they stop selling it and force Windows 8 or 8.1 down our throats.

I use this on Windows 7 and Windows XP boxes at home. Works well on both multi-core i7 processors and Netbook Atom processors. I usually buy on-line versions just to get a new product key each year. I can leave the existing software installed and just enter a new product key. The only minor annoyance is Norton is sensitive to Firefox version changes. Norton is usually about a week or two behind Firefox upgrades, so for that time, the Norton integration in Firefox is disabled if I upgrade Firefox the day a new version is available.

Like many other people I am using the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Home version 11 to write this review. Therefore, any mistakes in spelling or punctuation are from this system. The software was easy to install. The only problem was with the headset one of the main earphones fell off and it took a lot to put it back where it belonged and have it stay there. I would recommend this for people who do a lot of dictation as it would save a lot of time the one issue would be with titles as it’s hard for it to know when to capitalize.

For those that need a basic accounting system, this is probably a good system. It is easy to install on the computer system and it is fairly simple to install. What you need to do is evaluate what you need and make sure that this is what you need. What you need to do in choosing an accounting system is to determine what you business needs are and if this needs them.

I have been using Norton products for over a decade and this is another great product.

Easy to use, good for a small business.

I have been using Norton since I bought my first laptop ten years ago and have loved it. I have never had a problem in all those years. The 360 takes Norton Antivirus to a new level and is excellent. This is easy to install.nThe one complaint that I have had in the past is the extra files it downloads for extra subscription services but it seems they have either stopped this practice or they don’t pop up like they used to.

For those that do not want to spend the money on Adobe, this is a great little program for converting excel and word files into secure PDF files. It installed in just a few minutes and I had it put the icon on the desktop. Just click on the icon and you are ready to PDF. Just link in the files that you want and it is done in a snap.
