I have only owned this product for a short while so I haven’t experienced any problems. Two years ago my computer ended up with a worm which sent out bogus messages to friends to infect their Windows computers. It was embarrassing and upsetting. I had always bragged that Macs were immune. I purchased a version of Norton Anti-Virus and within a day, the troubles stopped. Since then, I never leave my Mac unprotected.

No hassles to install an implement. It’s quite simple and a security that does not cause lag on resources. It’s not anti-virus, it’s peace of mind that your login and encoded information is protected. There are so many wi-fi hot spots out there that it’s becoming a necessity for many business and social establishments to provide it. But at what cost? Do you risk an idiot in the vicinity logging your every move?

This is the perfect learning software for me. I learn best by doing, and you certainly are doing a lot here. This is far better than any books or cds you could ever buy. And in some ways, it could very well be better than a classroom. You are in full control of your learning and you do it without worrying about remembering a lesson. You do each lesson feeling like you just forgot everything, and then realize days later, you know phrases for situations in your life, or simple items that you come across.

Corel has really stepped up to the plate in the last couple years. Wisely watching the missteps of Adobe, and not following their path. But this pretty much gives them a home run. I have used Photoshop for many years, then, Adobe happened. Basically tolerated it, but no more. Software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc. has been replaced by CorelDRAW, Paint Shop Pro and a suite of Corel editing and creation tools.

I have been using LT for a couple months now, and more than happy with everything it offers, and everything it doesn’t. The simple statement here is that if you do not need to render in 3D, LT is for you. As it is for me. Let’s face it, LT is a step down, but for the money, it is quite the bargain for the steps it takes for you. Either way you look at it, you are playing with the big wigs because you can now speak their language.
