My husband uses an earlier version of this program along with the capture device from the same company, but every so often its bugs catch up with it. He has to uninstall and reinstall it. It works for a while then. Well, I thought this new version might have fixed the bugs, so I ordered it and gave it to him to try on his Windows 7. First, it was really hard to install it.

needed new norton security software since current one expired this month…buying it here was far cheaper than what Norton wanted to charge me if I had auto renewed.

have been using H & R Block tax software for many years..so it makes it very easy transferring data from last year’s forms.. it talks you through the process via questions in various categories..and quite easy to use…plus backed by the H&R block brand.

SO glad I found this on Amazon and didn’t use Norton’s auto renewal (at a much higher price).nInstalled fine and working just fine too!nHINT - I bought it at the low price, but waited til my current software was about to expire in a day or two, before INSTALLING IT……so I get the full 365 days use of product before I need to renew again.

We’ve used Norton products for years and years, and have also used other products on other machines we use. Norton’s always been reliable for us. We were last using Norton 360 on the machine we installed this on. Installation of 2014 was easy, it was up and running quickly, and we haven’t had any problems with the machine since then.
It has cool performance charts that keep track of programs being installed and what your CPU usage was, so that’s handy to look at.

I make the occasional YouTube video among other things. I’ve mostly used Adobe Premiere Elements over the years, though I also have used the various built-in Windows apps and other half-versions that came with DVD drives and the like. That said, I’m no expert at video making. I don’t delve into all the settings or do too many tricky things. Usually, I’m looking to just add a soundtrack to a video or to set up some simple menus and chapters to write a DVD.

TT did a great job of marketing-error recovery this year – providing a $25 credit, and the software worked flawlessly as per usual. If you think about it, TT does a major software release every year, and it works very well, and with generally great customer support if any issue. Hence, all things considered, they outperform Microsoft by a considerable margin on this per-product basis, imo.
