Nancy Drew games have a long and proud history of having the user complete chores. It started early, in Message in a Haunted Mansion, and has been used poorly often (Trail of the Twister, Icicle Creek – making the food, not the maid work, etc), but in this game it works. On a ranch, everyone pitches in. And really, the only thing you have to pitch in and do is collect eggs and vegetables, set up a camp fire, and feed the horses.

I’m a big Mac user, but my job uses PCs. That’s always been an issue for me working on programs that aren’t Mac. I wind up working twice as hard to make files compatible between both platforms, and half the time I lose formatting.
I never tried a virtual program before, and I have to say, with so many others, that VMware Fusion is simplicity itself: drag and drop installation, opens PC programs seamlessly, and has my job easier since I can work from home, and move files over with no issues.

In my line of work, it’s a great idea to learn another language, and Spanish being the main lingo outside of English in my area, the Instant Immersion program seemed like the ticket.
It may very well be. If it WORKED.
I don’t want to stay how many times I put the various DVDs that come with this program in my computer, to bring up a program that did nothing. I looked in the box: no instructions.

I’ve always had a good opinion of Norton products. The Multi-Device really does try to be an all around softwear enhancement to protect pretty much everything you’re likely to own.
Everything I personally have is mac-related, and I can honestly say that it’s worked fine. It’s not a memory hog, and I’ve had more than a few protection package that were never worth the bother.
It runs fine on my iphone, but since it tends to keep the battery running, I’ve noticed a shorter battery life.

This is like going from the middle school JV to the major leagues in one breathtaking step. We have a small business that provides some additional income, but we’re looking to eventually do this as a full time thing. Quicken has handled most of our issues without a problem, but after getting Sage 50 (the successor to Peachtree software), it really is amazing. And initially overwhelming.
We spent several days going over the software and checking it out.

I’ve used PaintShop for years. This is a speedy addition to the long line of predecessors. It’s extremely quick, which really is a nice change (recent models have been faster, but I’m still flinching from the PaintShop versions of yore that made you feel like you were watching paint dry, waiting for them to load.)nnThis version, though, does have more than a bit of a learning curve, even for people who have used the product before.

Other reviewers below have done A great job of listing all the features of the program so I will focus on my experience learning to use the PhotoDirector 5 Ultra.
I had never used a program like this before because I didn’t cherish the idea of learning all the ends and outs of a program such as Photoshop. As I progressed in my photo taking abilities, I needed more than just the programs on my laptop or those that came with my Cannon Rebel EOS.

What’s not to love about Quicken?! I’ve used this product for some time, just updating it every year. My biggest problem is I’m impatient with downloading. I would prefer this happen automatically at a set period of time.

The basic version of Kaspersky Internet Security is available for free via the Android Marketplace. All the basic features are available with the free version. Including Lock & Locate, Wipe and Mugshot to name some of the most helpful. Although setting up yet another account is annoying it is necessary for several of its best features (Like Lock & Locate). The major downside is that the free version doesn’t run active scans on sites you visit or apps you download.

I am a middle-aged woman who is not that computer savy but loves to learn. I was most excited to try something new without cost to me through the Amazon Vine program. The box contained two cds with no written instructions. I was a bit intimidated. I procrastinated. Finally, I took the chance. The download went smoothly. Detailed instructions came up but with that was an offer to update to a newer version.
