I bought this mouse about a year ago, it’s been great. I love that I can charge it, I cannot tell you how frustrated I’ve been with other wireless mice when the battery dies. It’s cute, small, perfect to use when I travel or work from home without my docking station.

Once you use it a bit, and, get all the updates installed, it’s not so bad. Fast boot times, and once you get around the interface and understand what it is they are trying to do (no matter how misguided) you can make it work FOR you.

The reason why we have to file taxes is because of Intuit. They make bank off having people pay for state tax e-filing - even with the title of the software being as it is, it does not include state e-filing. It can do them, and you can print them out, and mail them in, but it’s $20 to file state taxes electronically and this goes to Intuit, not the state or federal government.

Used this last year, guess I never wrote a review. Does the job. Still hate that they charge $20 to submit state taxes.

In all reality it’s pretty much the same system as 2012, except this one requires you to log into Intuit, and, it doesn’t handle multiple accounts as well. It was a bit of a mistake to upgrade in that sense. Upgraded for the sake of staying up to date. Seems to be common that approach is no longer the best method - Windows, Office, Quicken, IE…

For years I went back and forth between Nortons security suite and McAfees. Both worked well at times over the years, but the latest versions of both have been problematic for me. Norton has become a resource hog and the version of McAfee I tried a year ago would work for a day or two before the service would completely stop. The only resolution was to uninstall and reinstall McAfee.

New computers or CD/DVD burners come with software to create and copy discs, but that software is usually a starter edition that provides basic functionality. This is enough for the general user, but there are times when you need your media creation software to be a bit more robust.
Ive had TiVo since the first model came out and one of my favorite features is its ability to transfer recorded programs to your computer, where the show can be burned to a DVD.

As the happy owner of a new digital camera, it seemed natural to install some video editing software so I could play with my home videos a bit. Having used Corel’s software in the past, I looked forward to trying VideoStudio Pro X6.
I’ve never edited video before and I’ve also never had a video camera before. I am very proficient with technology and computers, as my career is in IT.

When it comes to graphics creation and editing, I am still very much a novice. I have advanced computer skills, but that isn’t enough when you are working with graphics you also have to understand the artistry of the task. I don’t know if I will ever be more than an amateur when it comes to this kind of technical work, but luckily Corel helps me be better than I am at it.
