All I can say is that my experience with this software has been ALL positive and it works great. I imported all my transactions from MS Money and have not looked back. The user interface is very nice and easy to use. It is a lot easier than MS Money. It backs-up to Mobile Me automatically and imports my bank transactions with ease. I did download my software so hopefully I got the most current and updated version of the product.

I have purchased 5 copies to up date my families computers. The OS it’s self seems to be a fairly decent system. It has been on my Window’s machines since beta testing and I like the OS. My problem is when is Microsoft going to get rid of it’s cumbersome and useless activation process? On one of my computers after installing updates, my software was deactivated along with MS office. I had to call Microshaft and spend 30 minutes trying to get my OS reactivated.

I’m a recent convert to the Mac and I was wanting a nice Home Office software package and this does the task very well. Word works wonderfully and has a much better format than it’s PC counterparts. I don’t know why a lot of reviews say that it is slow, because it works well on both my Intel Macs. It does seem a little sluggish on a old G4 that I acquired.

This is actually only being run on our one home PC, an older Dell system that’s used for typical family use (surfing, light gaming, home accounting). Installation and routine updates of this program work smoothly. For the price, it gives good protection against all common Internet intruders and does so with very little system drain. The only major issue I have is that I had to disable two of its add-ons in order to keep from getting repeated Java script errors, one of which were automated updates.

While the Norton Utilities packages have never been exactly the greatest thing, this latest iteration seems even slower, with a use interface that’s slicker, but inefficient and in places counter-intuitive.

When I ordered this product, I couldn’t find out much about it and hopes that it would fit our computer, an older Dell model. Technically, our computer’s a little too slow to fit Trend, but it works quite well. It’s customizable, nice to look at and does 90% of its work in the background. My only major quibble would be that it seems to need to download something every day, and doesn’t do a good job of letting me know what it’s downloading or why.

I’ve kept some of the changes, but when this program had my computer running at its fastest, it ran it into a crash very often and didn’t offer the least bit of guidance on how to fix the problem other than to uninstall and reinstall.
