I got the basic program set at a very good price. When I loaded it over my Office 2003 it spared my Publisher. MSO Basic 2007 does not include Publisher. I wish I could use it to update my other computers, but that is not an option. This set is for only one user - actually only one computer. I find all the new innovations mind boggling. Yet, the wisdom of most of the changes are apparent, and their are clearly additions that do not exist on earlier releases.

I purchased the DeLorme Street Atlas USA Plus 2009, with the Earthlink GPA LT-40 at a reduced price. A newer version has just been released. I couldn’t afford to own such a toy except at this special price. I loaded the software onto my Asus Eee PC WEB Book. It works great. I like it. Maybe some new streets, and maybe some changes have been made in restaurant availability etc. since the program was released, but I haven’t experienced any problems that way.

I suppose people who use only free security downloads may have use for this program - if they really need to keep some files unavailable to other family members. I doubt that Police, or any High School hacker, will have much difficulty getting access. Still, it is another barrier. I installed this program on my laptop running XP Professional. Their was no problem loading, and no problems setting it up the first time I used it.

I’m erasing my former review, writing a new one, and changing my rating from 2-STARS to 3-STARS (meaning okay). I think the program may possibly be doing what it claims so I also purchased usage for a second year. I gave one of my older computers to a neighbor kid and used Drive Scrubber to remove everything from the hard drive. I then used the software that came with the old computer to restore it to a like new condition.

It is a complete mystery to me why any buyer - at any of the prices offered - would give this Coral package less than Four Stars. Maybe the larger and much more expensive PhotoShop programs do a little more, maybe they are a little easier to use, or maybe the Nay Sayers just hate Canadians. How would I know? I don’t even own anything from PhotoShop except Elements 7.

Upgraded to an HP laptop that had ‘Vista’ installed, and, then installed it to a desktop that originally had Win 7 pro factory installed and was unable to restore after a crash. Inserted the disk and rather quickly both my laptop and desktop were functioning again. Very pleased with this Windows 7 installation.

Been using TurboTax for as long as it’s been available without any difficulty. The program downloads flawlessly and all expected financial documents and/or issues are professionally addressed.

Just Takes a Bit of Getting used to. I’m a photographer and also a website designer which causes me to be on the PC often. As far as Microsoft Windows goes, I really liked XP and also Windows 7. However I found Vista to be hell. My present PC came with Windows 8 and it’s ‘different’; takes some getting used to. But after a while I got into the groove and I haven’t any complaints.

Right from the start, I’ve little to no prior experience with Pinnacle Studio or any other video editing software. And although I’ve been photographing for a long while I’ve only recently decided to try video making. Specifically, my interest is in 360 degree videos and although I’ve a camera that does video I’ve been experimenting with ‘Ricoh Theta S’ and ‘Kodak’ cameras, too, so I was delighted at the opportunity to acquire ‘Pinnacle Studio 20 Ultimate’.

Photomatix Pro 6 is an excellent post photography program for HDR photos. The program has a bit of a learning curve but nothing beyond the capabilities of anyone somewhat experienced in Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop. It’s a stand-alone program and a Lightroom plug-in, too, for combining photos into HDR, with a huge array of available adjustments. And it’s ability to transform the ordinary into the spectacular is nothing short of amazing.
