After multiple authorization code problems - this AFTER product setup and running fine. So one day works, wake up - not working. Stopped using and the renewal can’t be stopped - wasted 45 minutes and 3 calls. They send you emails for renewal with fake links that go no where that works - no email no phone number - REAL JOKE.

Continue to find it’s shutoff - and I have to reenter the activation code… over and OVER and OVER. Works when it works, but fails to be on just randomly. Pick something else - I have a year left and just might be forced to switch.

They chagne all kinds of security settings that caused me hours of grief on things nothing to do with the actual software including installing stuff I don’t need and didn’t ask for. So don’t know about the others, but take a pass on this forever. I do IT and can only imagine the hours people have burned AFTER installing this package and not realizing it was the cause of other issues.

TTax2011 Deluxe (Federal + State) works great for me, as have TTax Deluxe versions over the past decade. I highly recommend this software especially if your tax return involves complications (NOL, passive gains & losses, depreciation, AMT, etc. -way too complicated thanks to the Congressional Boneheads who have made tax preparation a living Nightmare by passing stoopid tax code changes over the past century - can you spell Flat Tax?).

TTax2013 is solid and fast as were the prior tax-year versions. Thankfully you can usually pick it up at a discounted price ($50 -vs- $60) at Amazon earlier than from other sellers (Intuit is usually the LAST one to offer a price-break), I have only bought TTax on CD over the years (not digital download) so that I have the disc just in case I might need to re-install at some future (like IF the TaxMan were to come a’knockin’, God forbid).

I too was disappointed that TTax2014 Premier was required this year for Schedules D and E in place of TTax2014 Deluxe. But I applaud Intuit for providing me the free upgrade from Deluxe to Premier, at least for 2014 taxes. I accept and understand Intuit’s reasons for moving these Schedules up to Premier this year. TTax2014 Premier was a quick install for me, have had a few Updates with no issues.

This modem is just GREAT! I still use dial-up and this more than fits the bill (much faster than my old modem). It was very easy to install on my new home built computer that uses Vista Home Premium. I have been using it for about a month now and have had no problems. Thank You Amazon.com for the great service you gave me and I will definitely be using you again for future purchases.
