I’ve been using the My Heritage software, but decided to see if I could get a nicer data view from Family Tree Maker. The install was very easy, and I opened the app to begin entering my data. I thought I would be able to import from the other app, but I can’t find a way to do that, so I have to enter everything by hand again. I have a lot of data, so this is going to take me a good deal of time, but because of other glowing reviews, I will do it. I do think most of the interface is pretty intuitive. I will update this review once I have used it a while to report on how it holds up over time, with new entries, etc.
