I have been a long time user of Corel products. I first purchased Photo Album 6 in 2008 and then earlier this year I got PaintShop Pro X5. Both of these products have been very useful, never crashed, and when I had questions I found Corel customer support to be very helpful.

I was interested in getting some video editing software, as the above listed programs are for photos. I recently have been taking videos of friends and parties I go to and wanted some way of doing something with them. I found Windows Movie Maker which is included in most Windows OS systems to be too bare bones. Now I am not talking about me needing software to make movies or professional presentations, but something that had more features. I was thinking more along the lines of videos I could upload to say YouTube or Vimeo and have them look good.

Well I find that Corel VideoStudio Pro X6 software does everything I need AND has features that I am still exploring and finding really interesting and fun. Its an easy to use program, (I still have not gotten around to learning everything that it is capable of doing, and there is a lot) and the results I have been getting have been encouraging me to do more with video.

I am very pleased with Corels VideoStudio Pro X6. It is another of their products that I find to be very user friendly and full of great features as well as being very stable.
