Received the card key. Very difficult to load. Microsoft kept saying that the product key is not in the database. When I finally got MS to accept the product key, I got a statement that the product has expired on April 7, 2018, before the card key was even shipped. This product is not even described as an annual subscription, but as a one-time purchase. This is the second problem in a row that I have had with Amazon. 19% of the reviews for this product were one star. Amazon, fix this problem.
