Review by Andy Anderson
It’s been a number of years since I used WordPerfect, because my first word processor program was Microsoft Word, version 1.0.
I think my favorite version of Word was 3.0, which was the version that finally convinced my employer to ditch WordPerfect and go Microsoft for everything.
During the last several years, however, Microsoft has been changing course. Their operating system has altered, but, worse yet, Office has become very difficult to use for me and, alas, has persuaded me to try WordPerfect. Result?nnI love it. After Shot is a nice benefit, but it is the seamless ease of use that is much more intuitive than Word that wins me over. I intend to spend a great deal of time learning the key sequences that will enable me to become more professional in producing my handbooks and procedures at work, and in writing my reviews for Amazon.
I’ll not bore you with a detailed review, for I see several excellent reviews already posted. Just take my word for it, WordPerfect makes document preparation, er, writing, fun again.
Five stars out of five. No, this doesn’t imply perfection. It is a statement of my delight with a product and it’s simplicity and functionality.
