Can you believe that Norton doesn’t know how to backup 64bit drivers. Their instructions? Go out on the web and find the drivers you need for your devices. This answer is…. bull. To Symantec’s credit, they allowed me to return the software. I purchased Nova Backup which worked perfectly. In fact, I’ve fully restored my system using Nova, and everything went so smoothly that I hardly noticed a restoration had taken place. The way it should be. Certainly not Norton’s way.
