This is another great security product from McAffee. One of the best features is that they give you license to use the software on unlimited devices. I’m sure that if you start installing it on computers by the hundreds they will call you on it, but I was able to use it on all my work and home PCs. Installation is smooth and easy. It also works on things like phones and tablets, but I didn’t install it on those devices. I’m a little skeptical about the Shredder. It’s supposed to permanently get rid of recycle bin items that just get moved to another area of the hard drive until something overwrites them. It seems to work, but I can’t help wondering. Other than that, I think this is essential protection for PCs and it does what it says it will do. It didn’t slow anything down that I’ve noticed, and I haven’t had any issues since I installed it. Simple and effective.
