Learning a language takes time. The Rosetta Stone software is abosultely the fastest way to learn compared to courses. That said, it is difficult to learn the language without real opportunities for conversation and learning the subtleties by engaging in the language first person. I’ve used the software and it has been very helpful, but completing it is a very time consuming task.

If you have never used Rosetta Stone you will be surprised at how much fun it can be because their system uses engaging photographs that help you remember and learn the meaning of both vocabulary as well as the verbal structure of the language assembling increasingly complex variations (the English equivalents of adjectives, adverbs, etc.).
